An unreadable face: our experience

Bilateral facial nerve palsy (FNP) is a rare condition, representing less than 2% of all cases FNP. Majority these patients have underlying medical conditions, ranging from neurologic, infectious, neoplastic, traumatic, or metabolic disorders. The differential diagnosis its causes extensive and hence can present as diagnostic challenge. We report case 27-year-old male who presented to the ENT OPD with sequential bilateral paralysis which was delayed onset post traumatic. This article an attempt by authors stress importance combing clinical examination radiological findings decision making evaluate various treatment options in this entity.
